You can do so by adding a custom configuration in MaintenanceSettings.xml. You can find detailed information on how to do this in the DataMiner Help: https://help.dataminer.services/dataminer/#t=DataMinerUserGuide%2Fpart_2%2Falarms%2FDisplaying_alarm_statistics_in_the_Surveyor.htm

FYI: next to alarm statistics, you can also display custom properties of a view, element or service in the Surveyor tree. More info on this can be found in the section ‘Display this property in the Surveyor’ of the following help page: https://help.dataminer.services/dataminer/#t=DataMinerUserGuidepart_2elementsManaging_element_properties.htm
