These recipes offer step-by-step instructions to help you cook up a delightful retrospective for your team to enjoy. The best part is that these steps allow anyone in the team to facilitate a retrospective—you don't need to be a Scrum Master! So, everyone on your team could take turns leading retrospectives and contribute to the team's growth and success.
