You can achieve this in several ways, depending on your use case :

1. If you want this for your user only you can create the tab in the alarmconsole, adapt it and upon the next login the tab will be shown again.
2. If you want this for a group of users you can go to the settings of this group and navigate to the alarmconsole section. In there you can configure the tab. Don't forget to check the option "Enforce Alarm Console pages". If not the tab will not be shown.

Do note that this will not work for history tabpages. These can not be configured in the groupsettings and are not remembered when you add them in your alarmconsole.
