Dataminer Protocol Builder cannot connect

Hi,

I wanted to sign a new protocol with Dataminer Protocol Builder but it seems it cannot connect to the signing service.

I already opened a case on last september, I have the same error today:

Dataminer Protocol Builder

The root cause was a change in your firewall settings, I think it is the same case.

We indeed raised the minimum TLS version of our API. We reverted the change now, could you try again?
