Is .Net 3.5 Required to run “Clean XBAP Cache” for Cube Clients?

Can someone confirm that .Net 3.5 is required to be installed on systems with Cube in order to use the Clean XBAP Cache utility that can be downloaded from http://[dataminerip]/tools ?

Hi Michael,

Yes, this tool hasn’t been updated since 9.0 and is still compiled against the .NET 2.0 / 3.5 Framework. Installing the .NET 3.5 component in Windows is one option, but if it is just to run once, it might be easier to close all Internet Explorer windows and run the following command instead:

rundll32.exe dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache
