Hi,

i need to upgrade WindowsServer OS to 2019. Is there an howto related to DMA+Cassandra?

I remember license issues with NIC order.

Current DMA is 10.1

Hi Alex,

To migrate an existing DMA to a new server, see migrating a DataMiner agent. It’s also possible to do an in-place upgrade, which should not require extra steps. I do recommend taking a full backup first. Also, note the System Requirements for version 10.1.0.

In order to prevent the DataMiner from not starting on the new server (due to licensing issues), you can already send the MAC addresses of the new server to your Skyline contact or dataminer.licensing@skyline.be. That way we can already provide you with an updated license file to speed up the process.

Hope this helps.
