Hi,
I would like to know if it would be possible for us to have a condition on the DMA that if we lose communication with the DMP to then ignore the device time-out alarms.
Currently, when we lose connectivity towards the DMPs we won't have communication with the actual devices, so it seems to be redundant to have the replicated elements in a time-out state.
Thank you.
Hi Bruno,
A possible option is to mask the replicated element when there is a timeout alarm. This can be done through a correlation rule/automation script. When masking the element you could select the option 'Mask element until cleared'. Once the timeout alarm is cleared, the element will be unmasked
