What is the best way to view user activity on an element (or group of elements)? (actions performed, etc.)

Hi Bruno,

I would drag and drop that element in the Alarm Console, select a time span and select 'Information events'.  That would show you everything that happened with that element for the selected time span.

Similarly, for a group of elements you can drag and drop the DataMiner view where the group of elements is located.
