I installed the DataMiner “slack driver” but have issues authenticating with the latest slack APP. DataMiner Slack driver reports “fail” on the authentication status.
Any idea how to fix that?

Hello Thomas,
The fail on the authentication Status will appear if the RTM API Connect response was unsuccessful.
Have you already consulted the driver help page on the slack messaging driver? https://catalog.dataminer.services/result/driver/5770
There you can check if everything is configured correct, and help you pinpoint the issue.
