Hi Craig, A lot of DataMiner users use the Moxa NPort series of serial to IP converters.  This is also the default device that Skyline delivers if customers want to buy this kind of hardware as part of a turn-key solution.  But Moxa has quite a large distributor network, so there are many companies where you can source these from.  Hope this helps, let us know if you require more information.
