Alarm Filter Hysteresis

Is there is a possibility to only show alarms in the alarm tab that are open for longer than 10 seconds?
Adding Hysteresis on the alarm templates is not an option as they need the short lasting alarms to build their reports.

You can use the "Delay..." option in the hamburger menu of your alarm tab:
