Specifically, does the Enensys Gigacaster II driver support

  • Setting a receiving multicast address in the device?
  • Connecting to the device following the NMOS IS-05 standard?

The driver has below tables implemented in which IP related parameters are configurable:

  • IP to ASI Config Table
  • ASI to IP Config Table

There is no NMOS IS-05 functionality implemented in this driver. I think that it would be better that there is only one dedicated driver responsible for NMOS IS-05 communications with the devices.
