Issue when using Trigger component

Hi Team,

I’m facing an issue with the trigger component. I have an ON/OFF button that is designed to turn on/off all the elements inside a truck.

  • Each time the trigger runs, and I then click the ON/OFF button, the input values mapped to the automation script are passed as empty.

  • When I switch ON/OFF another truck, the previous input values are being passed to the automation script instead.

  • If I remove the trigger, the ON/OFF functionality works as expected.

I’m unable to identify what’s causing this issue with the trigger.

Hi Hari,

This looks and sounds like a software issue, please get in contact with tech support (support@dataminer.services) so they can look further into this issue.
