I think I was able to use it until last week, but now I can't access it from Cube to DataminerAgent.
I’m attaching a capture of the DataminerCube for reference and the ServiceWindow of the laptop on the Agent side.
Please advice.

It was a licensing issue, so HQ provided us with a license to resolve the issue!

There could be many reasons for this issue. One of the best places to start is by checking the Cube log files.
