The link account button on dataminer services does not direct me to any service to link my account with my DMS that is hosted on my local machine. The page is perpetually stuck and the state parameter is constantly changing.
Using the Ccagateway tool offline didn't help either, and I was met with this exception
I am unable to access my local DataMiner on Dataminer cube as a result. Has anyone experienced this before or knows where I can troubleshoot this issue?
Hi,
As Klaas already suggested, it seems to be an issue with NA(T)S. Can you try to reconfigure the NA(T)S services.
As DataMiner is not starting, you'll have to use a tool we created.
You can follow the steps from here:
https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Troubleshooting/Procedures/Investigating_NATS_Issues.html#remaining-steps
After doing this, and starting up DataMiner again, can you again check with client test tool if you can start the Ccagateway offline tool?
Hi,
Thank for the feedback.
If you don’t have any changes to your network, or expand/shrink your DMS your NA(T)S config should stay correct.
Have a nice day!
Hi Debeuf,
I can confirm NATS is running on my system.
Hi Thibault,
After restarting my device, my connection with NA(T)S seems to have restored. In the event this happens again I’ll will try the steps explained in the docs. Thank you!
