Will a DM upgrade overwrite a newer DM Web Upgrade?

For example, if I have a DM 10.3.2 with a 10.3.5 web upgrade, will installing a DM 10.3.4 package downgrade the web apps to 10.3.4?

That's a great question!

Yes, the full DM upgrade will override the web only update, even when the web update was of a higher version.

I think it might be a good idea to make sure the most recent version stays on the system? Or do we expect compatibility issues?

Web only upgrades are a brand new concept so there are definitely many optimizations possible. No compatibility issues are to be expected, just note that the web apps are backwards compatible and not forwards compatible (so running older web apps on a newer DMS is not supported).
