Why are the errors on the BridgeTech IP Probe not clearing?

I have a  BridgeTech VB330 Probe which had CC errors for a service that were cleared on the physical probe but persist in Dataminer.  I originally thought it may just be a polling issue but they are still there days later.

Hi Kris,
we experience the same with our BridgeTech VB220 – alarms are stuck in DataMiner despite being cleared on the device.
We have not found a proper solution for this yet – however, just to (temporarily) get rid of the stuck alarms in DataMiner you could try to set the "alarms retrieval method" to "traps" and then back to "polling". At least in the connector for the VB220 this is an option in the element configuration, and this leads to a clearing of the alarm table.

Hi Kris,

There are some configurations that may help resolve this. Kindly check the below two configurations.

Thanks for the advice, I selected the "Automatically Remove Cleared Aalrms Delay" it then read "Remove ASAP". That was yesterday and when I logged in today, unfortunately the CC errors were still there. As for the "Ethernet and VBC Thresholds" polling, there is no "Status" table dispalyed in my view. In fact the last column is the "Default Polling Periodicity."
