Hi,
I have a DataMiner that is running on 9.0, I want to upgrade to 10.2.

There is info on the DataMiner help to upgrade from 9.6 to 10.2.
Should I first upgrade to 9.5 and then to 9.6 or can I skip the 9.5 upgrade?

Regards,

Hi,

The upgrade should be executed to the next major release as explained here :

If there is no information available for your specific DataMiner upgrade path and you are using a currently supported DataMiner version, follow this general guideline: Upgrade to the next major DataMiner version(s) before upgrading to your preferred version. For example, go from DataMiner 10.1 to 10.2 before proceeding to 10.3 (preferred version).

In this case first go from 9.0 to 9.5, then to 9.6, and follow from there the recommended path to 10.2.

Versions 9.5 and 9.6 are not officially supported anymore so these upgrade packages will have to be requested if they are still available.
