While configuring a process definition in process automation I realized there was a feature that allow the configuration of groups. As this is coming from a service definition, what's the purpose of this feature? Is it only for readability, or does it have a functional purpose?

Hi Sebastian,
If you use SRM Solution a sub service will be created for your group and will be included in the Main service of the booking.
This can allow to better monitor SRM Bookings, but has the draw back of putting more load on the system for each SRM Booking.
