Hello,

I’ve been asked to send a weekly report of “suggestion events” from some devices by email to their owners.

What is the best way to achieve this?

Thank you.

Best regards

Bruno Sousa

Hi Bruno,

I couldn’t find a way to export the alarms from the alarm table.
However when fetching the alarms through a GQI query, there is an option to export the alarms to a CSV.

Update

e.g.

Is it possible to filter on protocol..?

Thank you.

Hi Bruno,

I didn’t test it, but I believe you can join the data with element information, which would give you access to the protocol name, which you can then use to filter the results. (i’ll add an example screenshot in the original answer)

Hi Bruno,

I believe one of the options is to use the (new) dashboards module.
You can add an alarm table to your dashboard and from the options select that you only want suggestion events.

You can drag elements or parameters onto the alarm table component to further filter down the data.

Using the scheduler module in DataMiner you can send out a snapshot of this dashboard on a scheduled basis (e.g. weekly) by mail

Thank you.
