What is the most efficient in alarm template : filtering or conditions ?

Hi Cristel,
I believe we are referring to two features that are meant to be used for different use cases:
- Alarm filtering: Allows you to monitor specific rows in a table. Only the matching rows will be monitored
- Conditional monitoring: Allows you to determine if a parameter can be monitored based on the value of another parameter. This could be another cell value of the same table (or another table), or could be based on the value of a single parameter
