Does anyone know of a report or metric we can share that would help me answer this question? In example, how many customers are running 10.2.2 and 10.2.4 currently?

Hi,
On CDMR there is a dashboard which represents the number of installations per version based on CDMR agent info.

At the moment, there seems to be some problems with the dashboards on CDMR, I'll upgrade CDMR this evening to 10.2.5 internal release to see if this is fixed.
