Visual overview – shape linking to a data page

I’d like to make it easier for the users to access a certain page in the data view of an element. Since everyone is used to work within the visual overview, I’m looking for a way to link a Visio shape to a certain data page.

Hi Bruno,

You can do so by adding an extra shape data ‘Page’ to the shape which you linked to the element.

The value of that shape data should be set to data:<page name>

So in case you have a page ‘Audio’ in the element, specify

Page data:Audio
