Visual Overview – Alarm Statistics for Selected Severities Only

Hi Dojo,

I have a Visual Overview that displays the alarm statistics as shown below.

Currently, I am using Info: VIEW STATISTICS:[#TotalAlarms], which returns the total number of alarms including Critical, Major, Minor, Warning, Timeout, Notice, Error, and Masked alarms.

However, what I actually need is the total count of only Critical, Major, Minor, and Warning alarms (the sum of these four severities).

Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi Jeeva,

You could link the shape to an alarm filter (Linking a shape to an alarm filter). This shape data has placeholders that allows you to show statistical information in the Visio file (e.g. number of alarms based on severity).

Hope it helps.
