Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to configure blink in Visio with different rates/timings. The idea is to try to create a sense that an object is rotating - have a shape blink at say 1, 3, 5, ... seconds. and the same shape rotated 45deg blink at say 2, 4, 6, ... seconds.

Blinking is a system wide setting and can thus not be adjusted on a per shape basis.
However, you COULD work with multiple shapes, show/hide conditions and the leverage the [DataMinerTime] placeholder to make a sort of timer. for different shapes, achieving the same effect.
