View Table Alarm Monitoring

Solved1.12K views7th July 2023alarm monitoring view table

Hi,

I need to enable monitoring on parameters “Power Status” and “Temperature”. These parameters are shown in Module Table on Module page.

This Module Table have columns with option “view”. There is no parameters with id 5251, 5252 … 5255 in driver.

The problem is when I want to create alarm template, on Module page I can’t find these parameters, because these parameters are on “Not on Page” slide.

Is it possible to move these two parameters to be shown on Module page or this is DataMiner issue?

Dario,

View tables are normally used to bring data from actual tables into a unified view. This means that the alarming should be applied against the actual parameters holding the data.

If you enable the alarming on the base parameters, the alarm color should appear on the view table parameters configured to look to the former.

Note that view tables could be configured to look at data within the same connector or an external one (View tables | DataMiner Docs)

Thanks,
