we have a customer that wants to use an Offload Database to longterm-archive their alarms and trend-data.
Are there any Tools readily available to allow them to select and view the data again, including the trend graphs, without any SQL-knowledge required for the user?

the idea would be to view the alarm and trend-data of DataMiner that is stored in an offload database with an external tool. My question is if there are any such tools available/recommended.
dashboards/low code apps sadly are not an option with this particular customer...

There is no specific recommendation but in Dojo I saw already some integrations with Grafana. Find below some questions about this topic:

In your case, you will not query directly the DMAs but the offload database. Most probably there is already a plugin that you can use to query the offload database from Grafana.
