Hi
Last week I installed a DataMiner upgrade with a hotfix. The installation seemed successful and I was able to make use of the functionality in the upgrade.
However, I now wanted to install a new hotfix package but it failed because the previous upgrade seems to be still executing. Apparently, the hotfix upgrade that I ran before is still in executing state and I don't know how to stop/delete that upgrade.
Kind regards,
Jonas
Hi Jonas,
To work around an upgrade that has gotten stuck you can navigate to the C:\Skyline DataMiner\Upgrades\Packages directory on the system where your DMA is installed and delete the directory of the upgrade that is stuck. After a restart of the DMA the system should no longer be stuck executing.
With Kind Regards,
Note: you may have to perform this action on every DMA of the DMS.
