Hi,
I have two questions
1.) When will the dataminer Installer that supports Cassandra cluster/opensearch Cluster be released?
2.) Is there a way to generate the request.lic files before hand, as the installer unattended mode requires a dataminer.lic file?
Thanks

Hi Chris,
It looks like an installer for DataMiner 10.4.0 is now available:
DataMiner Installer - DataMiner Dojo
I assume that this will now give options to install without having to install Cassandra first, but I haven't tested it.

The new installer will allow you to choose between STaaS and self-hosted storage. If you select self-hosted storage, you will need to have Cassandra and OpenSearch clusters ready to connect to: https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Getting_started/Installing_a_DMA/Installing_DM_using_the_DM_Installer.html#dataminer-installer-v104
Note that you can now also download a VHD with DataMiner pre-installed to get started more quickly. Aside from a regular installation, this can also be used to install a staging setup where Cassandra and OpenSearch run locally on WSL (see https://docs.dataminer.services/user-guide/Getting_started/Installing_a_DMA/Using_a_pre_installed_DataMiner_Virtual_Hard_Disk.html)
