Hi Community,
I have two systems that are seemingly configured identically.
Yet, one system shows user-defined apps and allows me to create new ones.
The other system doesn't show my user-defined apps and doesn't give me the option to create new ones.
So far I have:
- Restart DataMiner
- Restart IIS
- Confirmed applications soft-launch option is set
- Confirmed my user has the correct user rights
- Confirmed the home screen executes the 'GetApplications' request and receives my app details in the response.
At this point I'm unable to identify why i can't get access to my user defined apps.
Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks
Since 10.2.6 (RN33208), the “Applications” soft-launch flag is no longer needed, but you need to have “Low-code apps” enabled in your DataMiner license.
Thanks Wim!
Any chance we could make it more obvious that the license is missing?
e.g. when navigating to the app URL directly, show “not licensed”?
That’s a good suggestion. Added it to our backlog: https://collaboration.dataminer.services/task/211301
Does the system have the required licensing flag 'Low Code Apps' enabled?
I’m running DataMiner version 10.3.5
