I'm wanting to turn an enable/disable parameter into a button on the Dashboard so when the button is pushed, it will set the parameter as enabled and when pushed again, set parameter as disabled. Is there a way to do this without creating a script?

The dashboard application focuses on visualizations to display and aggregate data from your entire system. It should be used as a pure reporting tool and not for controlling your system.
Controlling your system can be achieved with other tools though. We have the new low code apps which is available from 10.2.6 onwards or you can rely on Visual Overviews. Both allow the execution of scripts while doing parameter sets is currently only possible in the latter (this will be added to the low code apps soon).
