Hi,

When we open the trend graph on this cell it automatically shows the “Flatline” orange titled box on a part that we can see that is not flat. We didn’t add anything into it. Image below.

The DataMiner version in subject is 10.3.4 CU0. I was able to find a bunch of release notes associated to this : 34487, 37716, 37903 & so on.

Even though we do not see a flatline visually, DataMiner believes there is a flatline.
We checked the element trend data and we confirm all data is received by DataMiner.

Is this something that needs to be investigated or is there a specific fix for this ?

Thank you!

Hi Arunkrishna,

Thanks for letting us know! This should not happen and I’m wondering if maybe SLAnalytics didn’t receive the data in real-time and hence thought there was a flatline. In order to investigate this further, I’ld love to get my hands on the trend data, the protocol and the logging to take a look. We’re still within 24h of the issue, so not too late to get our hands on the most detailed data..

I’ll reach out to you offline now!
