Hi Dojo,
Within DataMiner (10.3.0.0-13184-CU5), we have 2 different types of “TimeOut” events, both
using the same Severity (i.e. Timeout, amber colour): is there any way to allow operators to mask o r take ownership / acknowledge type 1 here below?

1) Parameter Description =  “Connection lost with DMA”,
Value = IP address of the DMA no longer reachable; this is raised by each DMA in the cluster that
can no longer communicate with the DMA that is down – can become quite noisy in a big cluster

2) Parameter Description = “Communication State”
Value = (usually) “Not Responding”

As part of some network planned works, I’ve noticed the 2 categories present a different set of options for operators, so I wanted to check if this is going to be a feature request or something we might be able to tweak by removing legacy settings in our system (if any)
