Could you please anybody help me with the below error in Dataminer which is currently occurring when I try to access the server.

I have fixed this by providing user permission for web.config file. Earlier user access had been modified by someone due to this it was not working.

if the issue is not solved, could you please send an e mail to techsupport@skyline.be
Inform the issue and if possible already collect the following logs:
- Cube Debug information Collecting data to report an issue to Technical Support | DataMiner Docs)
- SL LogCollector file from the agent that you are connecting (10.53.10.13): Collecting data to report an issue to Technical Support | DataMiner Docs
Techsupport will reply the e mail with a shared folder where you can place the information and then will investigate the issue.

HI Mohan i had the same issue sometimes but that is so rare ,probably they deploying something or working on that it not be long i think.Do you have this long period or something?
