I want to create a ticket when my SRM service goes into alarm. Therefore I'm using the Correlation Engine that executes an Automation Script.

Now I need some sample code about how to create a ticket from an Automation Script. Where can I find this?

You can use the Ticketing Gateway API helpers to create tickets within automation scripts. Examples are available here.
