Ticketing App – Filtering expected behavior

Hi Dojo,

I have a small question related to the Ticketing app. I was testing the filter available in the left panel of the Ticketing app, and it seems that it is not working as expected.

Using the default fields when creating a domain, I selected the option 'Allow single selection filtering on this field' for the field 'Priority' (type: Drop-Down list). I created a few tickets with different priorities and it seems that regardless the filter selected in the left panel, all the tickets are always displayed. See below GIF as reference

There is already a similar question reporting this behavior and the conclusion was it is related to a SW issue (solved in DMA 10.0.5)

Maybe I am missing something?

DMA version: 10.2.4.0-11608

Hi Miguel,

I ran some tests on my side and can confirm I have the same results.
This is likely a problem somewhere in the software.

The best way forward will be to create a software issue ticket on our collaboration platform.
