Thumbnail invalid path

Hi Dojo,

I have video thumbnails gathered from a Bridgetech probe. This was working before and now I get the following message:

But we have on all servers <add key=”ExtraAllowedPaths” value=”/” />, so all paths are allowed. We are running now DataMiner 10.3.0.0-14241-CU14.

Can’t see the image, Stefan – can you try and re-upload?

Are the probes still on the same version as before?
Is it a VB220/VB330 or do you use a thumbnail extractor?

Do you still need help with this? If yes, could you upload the image again, now that the bug that kept images from being shown has been fixed? Or if not, could you select your answer to indicate that no further reaction is needed for this question?

Yes it’s VB220 and VB330. We are using the thumbnail url in table “Services” (ID: 7013).

Hi Stefan,
Because of a bug, images in questions got uploaded incorrectly recently, so that they are not visible. However, this bug has been fixed now. Could you upload your image again so we can see the message?
