I have the Synamedia VSM connector setup and alot of things are polling correctly but no data seems to show up under Messages even though there are alarms/messages on the device. I did notice that the tables look a bit different with some columns not being present on either dataminer or the VSM. Is there something that needs to be enabled perhaps to get this working? Or maybe it's only triggered by new alarms?

You can look into the stream viewer (Connecting to an element using Stream Viewer | DataMiner Docs) and check if there is a timeout or errors seen.
Alternatively, the element log file (present in C: drive --> Skyline DataMiner --> Logging --> Element_name.txt file) might contain additional info, such as errors.

Thanks. We did end up getting support and there is an issue with the connector only looking for pending alarms/messages. A newer version release will fix this.
