SRM – How to move SRM from one DMA to another, in the same cluster

On a dataminer cluster, we have selected one DMA to host SRM. On this you will find the Booking Manager element app.

We were planning to move SRM from one DMA to another. What's the procedure and what are the implications to the SRM setup (resources, service definitions, profiles)?

In case your request is how to move the Booknig Manager to a different DMA, here is what I would suggest :

  1. export the settings of your Booking manager
  2. rename your booking manager ( append '_Backup' postfix) and stop it
  3. create the new booking manager, with same name as original booking Manager
  4. import settings
