I'm trying to understand a practical use-case of the 'Default Virtual Platform' setting of the booking manager app. While I understand its function, in what type of scenario will I want to make use of it.

Has anyone used this feature and why ?

Hi Wale,

I haven't used it yet, but the Default Virtual Platform can isolate multiple Booking managers on the same DMA/DMS with different resources, service models, or even levels of orchestration.

Thanks Gelber. So if I wanted to restrict certain operators to only see certain types of bookings. This will be one way of going about it ?

Hi Wale. Indeed, a possible application could be users with access to only certain Booking Managers, to restrict access to certain types of bookings.
