Following the link Soft-launch options - DataMiner Dojo to enable an 'AppEditor' in DataMiner 10.2 CU0 MR, we

1. Went to C:\Skyline DataMiner
2. Since there was no SoftLaunchOptions.xml file we created one.
3. Restarted the server.

This is the snippet of the file :

After doing this, we don't see the App editor. Can you please tell me where we are making a mistake ? Or where we need to check ?
