SNMP manager custom bindings not retained when change of SNMP version

Hi

We have set up an SNMP Manager using snmp v2 which have "use custom bindings with OID:" containing a long list of OIDs.

If we duplicate this Manager it retains the custom bindings which is ok. If I then change the new manager to SNMP v3 the custom bindings settings changes from "use custom bindings with OID:" to "Use device-specific OID" and all my custom bindings are lost.

Is this by design or a bug?

Using DataMiner 10.4 CU1

Hi Roger,

I believe the change in binding settings should only be intentional when switching between SNMPv1 and SNMPv2/SNMPv3 and not if you switch between SNMPv2 and SNMPv3, so you can consider this an issue/bug and open a ticket with our techsupport (Contacting tech support | DataMiner Docs)
