Kindly advise if there is possibility to set the Date and time on SLA Offline windows, currently it is only for day and time.

The Offline Window page is indeed more for recurring windows. E.g. a service which is only live during the evening.
If you want to plan a maintenance window on a specific date in the future, I would recommend to use a scheduled task. In the Scheduler, you can specify a specific date and time. The scheduled task would then execute an automation script, and the automation script would need to set the parameter 'Admin State' to 'No tracking' during the maintenance window. You can find this parameter on the page 'SLA Configuration'.
