Kindly advise if there is possibility to set the Date and time on SLA Offline windows, currently it is only for day and time.

The Offline Window page is indeed more for recurring windows. E.g. a service which is only live during the evening.
If you want to plan a maintenance window on a specific date in the future, I would recommend to use a scheduled task. In the Scheduler, you can specify a specific date and time. The scheduled task would then execute an automation script, and the automation script would need to set the parameter 'Admin State' to 'No tracking' during the maintenance window. You can find this parameter on the page 'SLA Configuration'.

Both the day and time setting is currently possible for SLA offline windows.

Thanks for your reply.
What I’m asking simply to define future Date and time
for example, If I have system maintenance on 27/6/2021 00:00 till 03:00 GMT that will cause an planned outage and we don’t want SLA to be violated.
So by adding SLA Offline window on that date, the outage will not violate the SLA.
What we have currently defining the day only (Sunday, Monday….etc) no option to define Date (DD/MM/YYYY)
