We are implementing a Penalty Screen for dataminer services.

Current status:

• Left-side service views are rendering correctly.
• Alarm severity is displayed correctly and alarming views move to the top of the stack.
• Right-side service boxes are generated correctly and alarming services are displayed as expected.
• InlineVDX|true has been added to the main Visio page.
• We have tested vdxPage=[auto] and also specific page names.

Issue:
The service Visio/thumbnail is not rendering inside the right-side service boxes.

Each service has an associated Visio page (e.g. DE_SDE_DTH, VOS_Origin) and these pages render correctly when referenced directly on the left side. However, the same Visio pages are not displayed within the dynamically generated service boxes on the right side.

We have tested:

• vdxPage=[auto]
• Specific vdxPage values
• InlineVDX|true
• Service properties and different Visio configurations

The service boxes are created and filtered correctly, but no Visio snapshot/thumbnail is shown.

Questions:

1. Is additional configuration required to display a Visio snapshot inside dynamically generated service boxes (ChildType=service)?
2. Is there a supported way to render a small Visio image for Service Builder services inside a service container shape?
