Service creation : Parameter display key filter

Solved1.37K views22nd June 2021Display key service

I have a table with a configurable display index:

When I try to create a service that includes a parameter from the table, the display key filter options listed do not show the updated display keys in the element.

Creating the service from scratch, toggling the display keys doesnt seem to have any effect. The list presented is always the 'default' display key.

Any ideas what could be causing this ?  DMA (10.1.0.0)

Hi Wale,

My rusty protocol knowledge could be wrong here, but looking into the connector, I notice that the Ethernet Streams Table has naming applied, with a concatenation of the Input Name (1004) and Eth. Stream Name (7002). I would expect that combination to be the identifier of a row.

The Eth. Ext Name (7034) that you are referring to, does not seem to be included in any naming or display key, hence also why I would not expect it to show up in the stream selection of the service.

To me, the IDX on that column might be misleading, as to my understanding of the protocol, that column is not an identifier.
