A possible option here is to create a dashboard that contains the list of alarms:

• Save your custom alarm filter (Working with saved alarm filters)
• Create a dashboard and add an alarm table component
• After selecting the alarm table, go to Settings
  • In Filters select Saved Filter
  • Select the filter that you created
    
• Using an automation script (or scheduled task) you could send an email including the dashboard created in the previous step.
