SDI Matrix Crosspoints issue

I have an SDI matrix associated with a crosspoints table and Router Control.

We've detected that when I make an Input-Output change through the cross-connection table, the change is applied to another Input-Output close to the one I selected. It moves the change to another Input-Ouput and not apply it to the one I selected.
If I make the change through Router Control, it does it fine.

I decided to make a duplicate of the SDI matrix virtual element, using the same protocol in both the original and the duplicate, and without changing anything in the configuration of the duplicated element.
When I make the Input-Output change in the duplicated element, it is executed successfully, either through the crosspoints table or the router control.
I've check the logs on both but can't find anything that might gives me a clue about the issue.

Apparently, the virtual element has an error, but the exact duplicate doesn't.
Does anyone know what I could check in this type of situation?
