I am willing to check the scripted connector feature but I am having this issue with the Data API.
I have followed the instrcutions, installed the DxMs, configured the softlaunch, upgraded to 10.4.7 ... just missing the HTTPS certificates (more in the following)
Data aggregator is answering correctly and is showing via web the /debug and /api pages.
In the Cube I have the "data sources" entry but the pane is always showing a 404 page not found.
Accessing the same via browser on the server I have a 404.4 "The resource you are looking for does not have a handler associated with it"
Even configuring the HTTPS with a self-signed certificate (upload+bind+IISrestart) the result is the same.
anything similar in your experience?
Thankx in advance
Hello Alessandro,
Just checking if you enabled the soft launch option for DataAPI in the
"c:\Skyline DataMiner\SoftLaunchOptions.xml". This needs to be active to displays the Data Sources module in DataMiner Cube.
SoftLaunchOptions.xml:
<SLNet>
<DataAPI>true</DataAPI>
</SLNet>
I hope this helps.
For more info about minimal versions and estimated release, you can find this in de documentation Overview of soft-launch options | DataMiner Docs.
Hi Dries
Thank you for your feedback.
I confirm the SoftLaunchOption has been configured with the DataAPI entry.
I was on 10.4.0 but then upgraded to 10.4.7.
While getting the “nasty” 404, in the Cube I have the “Data Sources” option visible.
Cheers
