When saving alarm tabs into a desk workspace complete with 'pinned tab' settings, the pinned tabs do not appear to be remembered as part of the save process. I'm unsure at the moment whether this is by design or a limitation of the interface.
Ideally, we would like the pinned tabs to be remembered when saved into a desk workspace as those tabs can then be hidden from operator view using the 'Use small pinned tabs' option (which does appear to be remembered when saved).
The intention is that our alarm tabs will be operational and producing alert sounds but otherwise hidden from operator view.
Has anyone else experienced this apparent limitation and is there any possible workaround?

This is a limitation of the interface. The pinned option should be saved when saving a workspace. We will look for a fix. Unfortunately there is no workaround for this problem.
